Reiki is a non-invasive technique whose main purpose is to help the body heal. It increases the body's own healing ability by creating a sense of balance and calm which promotes health and well-being.
The Reiki practitioner"s role is to helps the client's body/mind/soul relax, re-energize, or reset itself to heal. Treatments are commonly performed using light touch whenever possible. If the client prefers, treatments may be performed by a hovering technique.
